THE LINE UP:

You may know him from his time in Union J, or maybe from his time in the jungle on I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, or perhaps from his time on the Cumbria Pride stage in 2023 ... we're thrilled to share that GEORGE SHELLEY will be back for PRIDE 2026, this time with his new band LIGHTLINES!

By popular demand, the fabulous KYLE FINN, MICHAEL T OGILVIE, and PJ TAYLOR will be back, along with our fantastic local singer SANDIE! Sadly MISS PEARL is now unable to be with us in person on the day, but will be recording a special song for us that we'll be showing on screen on the day.

And, you may have seen them at Pride before, or perhaps you know them from their time in Big Brother ... SAM ASHBY will be with us on the day!

We also have our fabulous hosts, DEE LICIOUS and REESE WETHERSPOON!

Our Story ...

In 2009, a small group of passionate volunteers came together with one simple aim — to bring the LGBT+ community in Cumbria together.

That first Pride was a small, invite-only gathering of around 50 people … but it was a huge hit, and that was the beginning of CUMBRIA PRIDE!

From those humble beginnings, we’ve grown into the organisation we are today, hosting an annual Pride event (even moving online during Covid), celebrating love, identity and equality.
